How to Order
It's easy and safe to place your order online via our website, but if you prefer to speak to a live person, you may call us at 1-888-817-5083 Tuesday through Saturday 10am to 5pm CST and we'll be happy to assist you.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After you place an order, you will receive two emails from us. The first will arrive shortly after you place your order, confirming that we've received it. This email will also include your order number. The second will be sent after your order has shipped. You will receive a UPS tracking number in this email so you can track your package. You can always check your order status by going to shop online, clicking order status, & entering your order number.
Changing/Cancelling Your Order
You can change or cancel your order any time before it is shipped by calling 1-888-817-5083 or emailing us at info@debbysgallery.com. Please have your order number available. If you've already received your order, please call us for return procedures.
Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks, or CODs.
Sales Tax
Shipments to addresses within the state of South Dakota are charged applicable sales tax. Shipments to addresses outside of South Dakota are not charged sales tax.
Special Offers and Promotion Codes
Special offers and Promotion Codes are redeemed on the first page of the Checkout process under the "Discounts and Promotional Codes" header. Simply enter your code in the appropriate field and your discount will be automatically reflected in your final order total.
